Minimum age to access gaming services on 23vip 18 Years. This is one of our strictest policies and allows for no exceptions.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on 23vip:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and form part of our anti-money laundering policy.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from 23vip:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met

• Faster processing is available for VIP members
• 23vip may request identity verification documents in cases of suspected fraud

23vip offers various types of bonuses from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Please read the specific terms carefully before claiming any bonus
• Wagering requirements are generally 10–30 times the bonus amount
• Having more than one bonus active at the same time may not be possible
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified time period
• Bonus bets may be limited on certain games
• Withdrawing before meeting bonus requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited
• 23vip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each member may claim it once. Any attempt to collect bonuses by opening multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, 23vip's decision is final
• Users will not be compensated if a bet is cancelled due to disconnection
• In the event of any dispute regarding game results, 23vip's server records shall serve as the final authority

23vip operates as a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts by the same individual
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Chargeback Fraud: Attempting to commit fraud through bank chargebacks

23vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found
• If evidence of underage use is found
• Where money laundering is suspected or due to legal obligations
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion

In the event of account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, provided there is no evidence of prohibited activity.
